ACCUF IS UNDERVALUED.

ACCUF has about 19 million shares outstanding.
In the past three quaters, it had the problems of delivery of the
products due to bugs.

But It has very unique and high tech. products which are very
difficult to understand by investors. Its primary products included:
- Physical management network for wired and wireless telephony
network, and cable network for both windows, window NT, and UNIX
platform.
- IP network management for internet,...

With the rapid telecommunication market growth; Its revenue will be
up in the near future.

Its top managers are from HP.
