Sanctuary Woods was kind of similar situation to my last investment,
Starsight. At the time when I bought at $3.00, everyone thought that
Starsight is going to bankrupt, but with Cash infusion from Philip,
it reached as high as $10. I am hoping same thing happens with this
company. I bought most of my share at bottom price, and kept them
because I belived that company was moving in right direction,

1) Reduced operating cost
2) Reduced marketing cost associated with agreement with SMP
3) Successful sale of assets (Victoria's studio etc.)
4) Successful private placements
5) Accumulation of share by management
6) Purchase of share by Travelers
7) Strong, brand-name product such as NFL and ML Math

When it comes to educational titles, what counts the most are
brandname recognition and marketing and that's why Disney can sell titles that are rated mediocre in the magazine.

So it was wise decision for sanctuary woods to
release NFL and ML Math titles. In the same theme, I could see
NBA Math and NHL Math as upcoming lineup and Franklin related
products.

I don't see much future in Grand Prix, How do you spell Adventure
line of products, since it doesn't have brand recognition that above products have. However, I could see title such as F1 Math as a possibility. Sanctuary Woods should really concentrate it's
marketing effort around their strongest assets, NFL-ML Math and
(Award winning and Recognized) Franklin series of products.
