Deteriorating power infrastructure. washingtonpost.com There aren't enough power lines being built. Deregulation undermines incentives to build more. Besides, no one wants power cables throught their land and they fight them like hell. Power needs set to grow 25% - transmission capacity 4%. Even is more is available between regions, it can't always be moved (this happened recently in California, and may happen this summer in New York.) Capstone up 3 bucks today. Still way down from its highs. Bill
