Crustless Ham & Broccoli Quiche

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ pound chopped ham
¾ cup chopped broccoli
5 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup water
Salt, pepper, dill, dry mustard to taste


· Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking dish (large quiche or pie pan) with PAM.

· Sprinkle cheeses on bottom of baking dish, Sprinkle ham and WELL-DRAINED broccoli over cheese. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake in 30 minutes. Serves 4.

Per Serving: 3 carbs, trace fiber, 499 Calories, 40 fat, 31 protein

Note: You can substitute any veggie - the original called for spinach, but I think it's such a pain draining it!
