UPDATE November 5, 1996 Vancouver, B.C. - Triquanta Investments Limited (TQT) is pleased to report the successful completion of the modification of the circuit boards for the AT&T Dimension PBX System. These modifications will allow the system to operate in conjunction with the unique central office switching equipment used in some areas in Belarus. Kevin Howell of Howell International Inc and Ron Vincent of Pavis LLC (our distributors for Belarus) today attended a meeting with our engineering consultants in Dallas, Texas. They witnessed a successful test of a modified circuit board which performed a number of functions necessary for the Dimension PBX system to efficiently operate in Belarus. These circuit boards are being hand delivered for installation in Belarus on Tuesday November 12. The significance of this accomplishment cannot be overstated - this will alow Triquanta (Howell) to expand into other markets in Eastern Europe and will be seen in retrospect as a turning point in Triquanta's fortunes. Significant orders should begin to flow very soon from Belarus. We also believe these modified circuit boards have the potential to become a significant factor in the replacement market for AT&T Dimension equipment outside North America.
