"NNRGA (had indicated it "continues to receive its capital infusion according to the funding schedule announced on May 1 1996." At that time the Company had received a partial payment on the then scheduled installment and the Company had notified Golden Chance that it was in technical default on scheduled payments. Currently, negotiations are underway with the Company Series B preferred shareholders to obtain a waiver of the technical default and to proceed with the funding as planned. The Company expects funding to be constructively received by the close of business today and anticipates approal by the series B preferred shareholders."
