FYI- the design is a formidible one . "In order to accomplish the three-to-one reduction in our Power PC-type chip our engineering team was able to design a low cost chip that uses minimal support circuitry to operate in a video system." Koz has been active in the video compression field for a number of years and holds numerous patents including "video-in-a-window" for desktop PCs.
