I agree that PTNX seems to decline while wating for the next earnings report or good news. These valleys have provided attractive trading opportunities for short/intermediate term traders and good entry points for long term investors. I believe we are currently in one of these attractive entry points while waiting for the April earnings report. Trailing PE is now 11; 12 month estimated PE is 9. The stock should trade for a PE of at least 15.
