I don't know if you bounce a nonaccountant over an accounting error. But you would think that the boss would surround himself with good people who should be able to put the company in a defensable position if the accounting issue is in a gray area. Public companies should have solid accounants in house as well as a good public firm for the annual audit who know the issues and can get it right. More so than that, I don't care to the shift to the mall concept. It's too cut-throat and margins will erode with overhead soaring (mainly due to rent).

At this pace, I will be called out of my June $17.50 calls. The stock is over $19 now and showing signs of getting up off of the operating table.
