That is the beauty of that idea to. You can no longer glad hand a little extra information into the system to tip the scales of justice. Even if you're sure someone is guilty by all kinds of information, you put yourself on a level far worse than the criminal by doing so. Ich Dien must mean something, to Protect and to Serve used to mean something. There is one thing worse than a crooked cop, and that is a crooked judge. And here in Northern Mississippi (Saskatchewan) we've got plenty. Some people I know refer to the courts here as "The East Germany of Western Canada". There will always be honest errors and mistakes in any system that deals with humans and politics. Cheers - average joe
