I assume you are asking about the following statement: The company is a leader in Internet voice communications technology and is marketing its Internet-based telephony products under its brands: ''NetCall,'' ''IP-Fax,'' ''IP-Voice,'' and ''Mobile Callback.''

You should call Digitcom to find out the difference between these various products, but as the statement says, these are various brand names they are using.

IP-Fax and IP-Voice clearly provide fax and voice data over Internet Packet protocols.

Mobile Callback is probably a mobile (i.e., cellular or pager) implementation of their callback software that takes advantage of differences in calling rates between countries. The idea is that a caller in a high priced region places a call to an automated number in the low priced region. The software recognizes the call, hangs up, returns the call (at a cheaper rate), and provides a dial tone that the caller then uses to call whatever number they want in the lower priced region. Nifty, eh? Not every country allows this, but more and more are. It is part of telecomm deregulation, and DGIV's product takes advantage of this.

NetCall is probably a slightly different implementation of their IP-Fax and IP-Voice products but you would have to call the company to be sure.
