Wonderful read on history of P.E.I... shipbuilding industry, railroad.. first to discover Kerosine? also the vast departure of its people to Boston ma area. gov.pe.ca My family part is in 1840 census but most of census is lost. Rest show up in next census 1881. Hope you enjoy..I was looking for miles. to compare to Sable I thought my father had told me it was 23 or 28 miles point to point which sounded close to sable .
