I've printed it out, Bill, and will read it. I checked out the url and it looks as if it comes from a fairly conservative group of education types, Chester Finn, is the most obvious among the names. I don't recall that Finn is some right wing nut, which seem to flock to these issues, so I will read it with some interest.
