No Lin, MSFT is formally PRESUMED by the courts to be innocent until proven otherwise. If they actually are innocent is another matter. There are simply too many stories and examples from the industry of MSFT's bullying tactics that in many cases have stepped over the line. IMO if MSFT is somehow - by a shier miracle - proven to be innocent by the courts, it will only be so because of politics and not because MSFT proved their innocence. Toy
