Thanks Paul. You interpretation is absolutely correct. The Spekulatius' family is doing well.

With respect to DIIB, earnings would look even better if the Goodwill/intangible amortization is added back to earnings as is customary in the US. Adding back amortization would increase after tax earnings by about 3%.
