I agree. Arif knew and he let it go anyway. I think Arif is under pressure to come clean or go to court. But this does not dismiss the fact that we based our investment decisions on these ridiculous press releases and conference calls and we got screwed. It's obvious fraud to most of us. Do we call our attorney and initiate a lawsuit or do we wait and see if NEW management is the real deal? We're stuck in neutral.
