James Strauss: Thanks for that update....I don't really follow "Dow Theory". But I am sure there is some merit to it. I just do my own thing...<g> I think the Transports moving below (not just breaching) the 3300 area will be a strong negative for the overall Market and will portend a further decline. Regards, LG
