I'm not sure what to infer from the article's silence on the subject. Infer: "tempest in a teapot" It'll be amusing when Dean ups the ante to demand release of Bush and Cheney records, then releases his own to great gnashing of teeth when nothing substantive is found. That's a good strategy, causing the opposition to sound shrill and chase shadows, an opposition that includes both Dems and Repubs. It looks kinda like the Bullmoose Party insurgency taking over the Democrats...
