paul,

I believe these remarks will be embraced by the street:

Satish K. Sanan, President and Chief Executive Officer stated, ''we made a great deal of progress in the fourth quarter. Our revenue and profit growth, along with improvement in key margin measures were
very encouraging. We posted continued growth in virtually every element of our business during the quarter. Operating margin increased to 20.6%, as a percentage of revenue, from 19.4% in the third quarter. In addition, the mix of our services continued to improve, as planned. Transitional outsourcing services increased to 35.9% of total revenue and the Year 2000 percentage content of revenue decreased
slightly.''

''The fourth quarter reflects the continued strength of our growth engine. We are seeing the reward of thedisciplined focus on our customers, employees and profitability. The hard work of the entire IMR team enabled us to complete not only a strong quarter but a great year.''

Continuing, Mr. Sanan added, ''in 1998 our marketing and sales efforts will be focused more on vertical industries versus our historical technology based orientation. To better meet the longer term needs of our customers, we will be developing vertical class libraries and tools to convert legacy applications systems to newer Internet based and client/server technologies.''
