Lewis: Two comments. 1. My estimate of fair value is $95, using a FY2001 estimate of $2.75. 2. Japan and ROW will recover at some point in next two years, IMO, so that should kick in when current boom in networking/telecom flattens out. Tough not to take some off the table, but I'm still regretting dropping MSFT a year ago because it hit "fair value". XLNX has not quite the franchise, but close. Charlie
