<"Quality goes before speed", answer Czechs and keep their cool> Thanks for the URL. The Czechs know that they need membership of the EU and the EU needs them as members. So they want to enter but want to get the benefits. In short they don't want to sell it cheap. It is the same with Brazil.They want to enter NAFTA. But they want to have their interests taken into consideration. NAFTA has not proceeded because the US negotiators have not been clever enough to perceive that they can't elbow in just like that. Look to Bush. Lets protect some US jobs. Lets get fast track (got it already) and and elbow in. It is not going to work. They are in for a nasty surprise.
