13:25 ET Microsoft (MSFT) 70.85 +0.45: -- Update -- Says based on historic volume license sales, under the new program approximately 20% of volume licensees will pay more, 50% will see neutral impact and 30% will pay less.




13:22 ET Terra Targets ELNK/CNET : Reuters reporting that Spanish Internet group Terra Lycos (TRLY) is engaged in talks to acquire ISP Earthlink (ELNK 13.55 +0.82, +6.4%) and content provider CNET (CNET 13.25 +1.58, +13.5%), citing sources close to the negotiations; source close to Terra Lycos says company is more likely to make a bid for ELNK, as company lacks the financial muscle to acquire both.
