Yup. Actually, I have used Compuserve for my personal ISP for years. Since they're one of the oldest and most experienced wide-area-networking guys around, I'm not surprised that Compuserve ranked at the top of the survey.

The fact that PSINet toward the bottom was much more surprising. It may very well have to do with the selection of source/destination points for testing.

However, keep in mind that for corporate use where the intent is to have inter-office VPN's, the result of the Keynote/Boardwatch analysis are not very meaningful.

Finally, as the fiber from IXC are turned up, performance should
become even better.
