Ah, so public pronouncements out of Turkey, Jordan, and Kuwait are to be discounted

The public pronouncements have carefully said, we do not think the US should invade Iraq. They have carefully avoided saying, we are adamantly opposed to the US invasion of Iraq and will not lend support to it.

As always, it is not reasonable to expect any public support from Turkey et. al. until the US is publically committed, and we are not there yet. I'm sure they are not happy about it. But that doesn't mean they will refuse support.
