I think from all that has transpired with Lucent getting their attorneys involved when asked a question about a contract that is public knowledge at their public website has been consumated and involved with XSNI and not just xstream UK, perhaps thinking xstream UK is a privately held company, and the information Paul Meyers gave to Bloomberg about xstream UK being privately held - that XSNI is just a little subsidiary that is xstream canada, programmers that write programs for the free ISP and that when people received the responses from so and so that "XSNI was the free ISP in the UK" that is all it is - the software/no hardware of the free ISP in the UK.

All the other entities are "subsidiaries" of the privately held company as well, and are ALL individually partitioned and separated from each other; what one does has no affect on the valuation of the other; And the privately held company can make any kind of deals with whatever corporation they want to that includes all or none of the "subsidiaries" like what has the most value to the privately held company - Nethead and GOD of course; XSNI canada - isp software is a dime a dozen.

This is just supposition, and NOT doing any DD, but based upon the recent public documents in the UK, bloomberg, overreaction from Lehmans and Lucent on XSNI [and of course xstream UK having the NYC attorney call me up and tell me to stop asking questions and that nothing has to be released until the year 2000 filing deadline] - there IS a connection somewhere and I believe bloomberg and Mr. Meyers described the situation in a nutshell.

We can only go on what the company has released to date that is all public and so far public vs private; subsidiary vs parent. Mr. Meyers seems to have confirmed that xstream UK is a privately held company; so and so confirms that XSNI is the "free ISP in the UK". No one has said nor explained why some one said in May XSNI was xstream UK and why the overreaction to questioning public documents at Lucent brought about such a dramatic tumult over in the UK.

Now it is up to bloomberg to get it all straightened out and for us to be able to read it.

Good Luck with your holdings :) Shirley
