David,

Your NTAIF posting conveys two messages I agree with: that NTAIF will likely sell lower than current price and that the stock has been looked at with 'rose colored glasses'. The latter statement is my concern on Deswell. Am I looking at it objectively? I can't tell you how many times I have reviewed the numbers in the last 2 weeks. I can sell the warrants and the stock at profit even at current levels, but each look at it indicates the stock is underpriced. I might get burnt, but I think it unlikely.

I believe you might be letting ELAMF and NTAIF make you see DSWLF more negatively than you would otherwise. Do you have a concrete reason for selling, or is it disgust with all of these stocks in general?

I strongly value your opinion on these holdings and would appreciate a response. I can reduce before the report if there's a chance it will be bad, but am prepared to hold if it's to continue past growth.

Thanx,
Ron
PS - I keep looking at the NTAIF report and am ready to buy in if the price gets down below value. I keep thinking about all of those that will sell now, the unexercised rights, the weak Asian market, plus Koo and the other Directors may still want to sell. A lot of NTAIF could hit the market by end of the year before the price stabilizes. Deswell is subject to none of this.

Thanx,
Ron
