the stockwatch gossip column that was sent out over the weekend had a coment from Naldrett that # 3 was in elephant country, in his academic opinion. PI is not dismissing the potential either of AZX, but they do not like legal disputes and until there is an inkling that this could be settled - can you say KRY, FAN, MAN to name a few? All cases where there is some sorta lawsuit crap that overrides te potential (or lack of) of the property that the company owns.
Can only hope that these 2 groups stop pissing on each other's foot and get back to the business that they are supposed to be doing !.
