Zen, I see how you have came to your conclusions, and I can't answer your questions, but why would CMGI wish to own this company. CMGI already has the all the benefits from the current agreement. No real reason to throw money/stock at a problem that is already solved. What we need to know is why this stock is in free fall. Tony
