Whether true or not, I not certain but the legal concept is interesting. From RB: MUST READ...... Hello all Bart here..... I asked a friend of mine who handles rumor control for numberous companies to find out if their is anything else flying around in the QPRC closet. What he found is very interesting and you all might want to look into it. His reponse back to me: Bart, I talked to Herbert Reichlin at QPRC and they wouldn't not deny the rumor about a big company buying them out, so I reminded him that they were required by SEC law to clarify false or misleading info that is brought to their attention and they still wouldn't deny it so it is most likely true. Jeremy .........well that is all I can put in for now. As soon as I get more info from my DD I will keep you all involved. Good luck and remember do your own DD, don't put your money in someone else's hands! If anyone has any idea who the company might be with please let me know at bartc21agent@hotmail.com so I can do some more digging. Bart
