Thanks for the additional info Steve. You are correct - the 7.5% does not appear to be a legal boundary according to the law. It seems to be a target chosen by TRY, which if reached, they intend to call off the merger. The target was set at 7.5% presumably for a reason.

I am about 2 hours from Delaware and probably can drum up an attorney if necessary. I am not certain from the reading of the law that an attorney is necessary for the appraisal. One may only be necessary for appeals, etc. In any case, I have a lead of an attorney who may take on this kind of thing, but I will not contact him unless we have enough support.

Even though shareholders should be getting something in the mail regarding the law, I'll bet TRY waits until the last possible day to mail it, so I am trying to get a flavor for support now.
