Bloomberg doesn't have to straighten this out; their reporter repeated what he was told by the CEO and only a few people here have evidence which might contradict it.

XSNI is the party which should issue full details on who owns what and their recent financial condition. Failing to do so may not make them a fraud, but in my book they are major league corporate cowards, hiding behind BB skirts.
