Buzz,

The insider sales in October represented the first time that Executives were unrestricted from selling since February merger with CSCC. Dahl's large sale was a special circumstance (retiring), and Ejabat's was minimal (15K shares).

Although, it sure would be nice to see some open-market purchases by insiders here as well.
