thanks for your post--appreciate your contributions. Anyone done any research on the market on the previous election years? I have not personally done any but I talked to guy from NY LIFE who indicated that the market hasn't been down in an election year, whether the pres. elect was demo. or repub. Again, I have not personally done the research--can anyone confirm this offhand??
Also, does anyone have any personal experience with IOMG tech support? I feel the company is fundamentally sound in most areas, with a long way to grow. Yet, I am concerned about their infrastructure and it's ability to handle the coming growth. I have heard from a reliable source that their tech support "sucks" and calls in the queue are sometimes an hour or more. When Windows 95 came out MSFT was ready with lots of outside help for their tech support. I wonder if IOMG has the same frame of mind with their views of customer care. I'm not bashing at all,(I'm long) but if it is true that they are weak in this area, I'm concerned. Remember, I have no personal factual basis to confirm this or deny it, I just realized that it's something I would like some input on. If you sell several million zip drives, you need to be able to take care of those with questions...Comments from all you guys would be greatly appreciated.
