The taxes for the rich will decline while you will be paying more taxes..............maybe not federal income taxes but the money will be coming out of your pocket somehow to replace the services you won't be getting. Perhaps your car registration will increase and your state sales taxes will increase to make up for the state's lost federal revenue...........lost because the rich are paying less.
