Tom: Yes it is the Lord Jesus Christ, absolutely but you see it is the Body of Christ that forms the embankment for Jacob said , "surely this must be God's house , for I am at heavens gate."(Jacob said ) As I type this it is thundering outside. I believe God is telling me something. You have heard people say it is God rearranging His furniture when it thunders. You have heard it said that God inhabits the praises of His people. When God rearranges His furniture He is MOVING IN. We don't want a visitation we want a habitation. First thing we do when we move in a house . arrange the furniture. Christ makes the vastness spannable but it actually the "church" the body of Christ that becomes the conduit or administration of the business of bringing the earth into agreement with heavens business. Thus. The constant interaction between heaven and earth. We are "it and that". It's our administration. Our prayers . Our loosing. Our binding up. Our saying be healed in Jesus name. Our saying. Loose salvation for my brother in law , or sister , or father , or mother in Jesus name. These prayers , requests commands , supplications actually become the remnants or particles that actually build the terraces. One terrace at a time. The terraces are built over time. The terraces extend to the next generation, the church goes on , and will eventually return to earth as we set up The Earthly kingdom of Christ..( if you believe in the post tribulation 1000 year reign, which I do ), when Christ will return to earth with all the raptured saints ) ....In Christ.gregor |
