isopatch, Oops! I was slightly off on my data! let me correct it. The conclusion is still the same. For M&A upstream transactions the reserve value last quarter again slid to $4.62 BOE compared to $5.61 BOE in the second quarter, and $5.77/BOE in the first quarter. This was the first year since 1996 when BOE value on upstream assets fell below $6.00/BOE for the entire year.... There's a clear divergence betwwen transaction values and strengthening commodity prices...
