Kerry is not Seinfeld and the Americans are not looking to vote for a comedian in November.

The Bush legacy so far has been to create wide dissensions and divisions. People have polarized, the world is polarized, there is a tit for tat mentality going on right now in the war against terrorism. We thought Bush would be fighting the war to win it. But where is the victory? Where is the reduction in violence against Americans. Violence against Americans continues unabated and at will. First we have the prison atrocities, then there is that ghastly beheading in retaliation along with the killing of the contractors. The world is so polarized that none of the nations except for Britain denounced the beheading. It is very striking that while the world is polarized, while the Americans remain divided amongst themselves, Bush and his cronies including Rumsfeld remain united.

The US has always had Presidents who have been successful in uniting the nation. They have proven themselves to be world leaders. When the US President talked the world listened. With Bush, others frown when he talks.

So it is time to get back into the civilized community of nations. I am sure the American people will vote for Kerry in November to usher in an era of yesteryears. Discussion about Teresa's finances, or whether Kerry has botox shots or not, or how crooked Kerry's smile makes him ineligible to be President is a crock of nonsense and a juvenile way of looking at the issue.
