not sure i know where the value comes in . its at a discount to book . but i dont know what the book consists of . sure isnt at a discount to cash. Looks like management is of questionable integrity too. dont own it but gave it a quick look after seeing it get pummeled today. looks like dph is going to file. if i were an investor who owned the stock i would be suing the company . they revised their severance packages for 26 executives on september 8th but i guess didnt feel it was noteworthy until yesterday.
