Patrice: The recent filings are just standard fare that they company is required to do by SEC regulation. I believe there are laws which regulate when insiders can file. I have to check. Profit taking today. I was actually surprised it happened only in the last 2 hours of trading. The whole tech group was selling off all day long and noticed MTLS wasn't following the her. I guess people bailed when the panic spread. The stock took a hit today, but I don't think people should read too much into it. Afterall, the stock has been on a wild streak for the past week. Technicals improved big time. Will have to see how it holds up though.
