Dave, you neglected to mention my motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and fabrication of evidence... which was filed weeks ago. You also failed to mention similar motions by Janice Shell and Tod Pauley and that AZNT has already dismissed two others from the case and failed to serve three more. But that's OK. I forgive you. :)
