I guess I better read up. I was on a trip out into the boonies and saw that everybody still had BIG dishes. That said I have to say that it was two years ago, BIG dishes are easy to see ( I "assumed" & we know what that can do), and I know the industry has been making tech. changes and improvements at breakneck speed. I live in SoCal where its easy to access the small dishes, but had pondered on whether they were feasible in say Montana or Northern Maine etc. Thanks for the feedback Jeff p.s. California Amplifier has "beambender" that is supposed to deal with mountains, trees, rain fade etc.(not neccesarily recommending their stock right now though > maybe in 1st Q 97?)
