He Randy, that was funny. Perhaps you should ask both sides to post photos??? but I do like her photos Where are these photos? Are they doctored? Is there an implant factor or photoshop factor? LOL.. Perhaps we need a trier of facts to judge the validity of the photos and whether they are a current and accurate representation of what they purport to be. It would be an interesting way to decide the merits of litigation. I've known judges who are more subjective than that LOL.... Anyway, if what KKnight posts is true, I don't see how you can call it frivolous. I don't know enough about the case to judge and I haven't seen the photos yet ROFLMAO.
