Guess we could agree with this, but Taylor doesn't say too much about the 145g/t gold over 5 meters on the Tulawaka which could really be the exciting story if this drills off some more good stuff.

Taylor rates Pangea a buy

Pangea Goldfields Inc PGDShares issued 20,591,8201999-04-20 close $1.75Wednesday Apr 21 1999Writing in the April issue of Gold Resource and Environmental Stocks, Jay Taylor continues to rate Pangea Gold a buy, noting that recent reports in the National Post suggested that Barrick Gold may purchase a 50 per cent interest in the company's Golden Ridge project in Tanzania. Mr. Taylor also updates his readers on "some very impressive assays" from Pangea's Pukaqaqa property in Peru, joint ventured with Rio Tinto. In his opening editorial, Mr. Taylor urges his readers not to fall for the story that "gold is dead", something he suggests is a manipulative ploy by Wall Street denizens and myopic politicians. Mr. Taylor believes that "the greatest bull market in stock market history is nearing its last gasps" and a position in gold will prove to be a prudent policy. Mr. Taylor notes that Pangea's Golden Ridge property is estimated to hold 1.6 million ounces of gold, with considerable potential to increase that amount. Pangea was first recommended by Mr. Taylor in January 1996 at $2.03. (c) Copyright 1999 Canjex Publishing Ltd. canada-stockwatch.com
