Suntrader, excellent email, hope you get a response too, will be great to see the explanation for the difference in the filed documents that state " The records at Companies House in London show that X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd is owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc. In the circular which was sent out in February 1999 to shareholders of X-Stream Network Inc. (XSNI) it states that X-Stream Technologies Inc. is owned by XSNI." I still get the impression that they don't think anyone over here can read, and that documents filed with the Trade Houses as such in the UK and with the SEC in the US need to state the same thing as to not be misleading nor interpreted as such. For legal work and preparation of documents, this has got to be one of the worst cases I have seen, worse than Columbo mumbo jumbo. I got it Jabberwocky.... Shirley
