Bush-Cheney are criminal cheaters and everyone knows it. Their 19% approval ratings as they leave office prove that people know it. Compare to Clinton's 65% approval ratings when he left office, even after the Lewinsky scandal and the $200,000,000 smear campaign waged against him by the far right. Still 65%. higher than Reagan. Only JFK had higher after he was murdered by the rightwing assassins in 1963 to give us the Vietnam War.
