DD, keep in mind that once the SEC signs off, meaning you are now a "reporting" company, NASDAQ still has to give the final OK for a listing. This could take just a few weeks or it could take months. The thinking is that since ALYD has such a huge market cap it is in NASDAQ's best interests to get them listed as quickly as possible. Let's hope that's the case! - Jeff
