Brian, To remove multiple entries, I suggest the following steps:

a. Click Start => Run => regedit.

b. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

c. Click to select the \CurrentVersion key, and then click Registry => Export Registry Key => Save the REG file to make the backup.

Note: If any unexpected trouble occurred after you modified registry, please double click the saved REG file to restore the initial status.

d. After that, check the following locations' right pane, delete the unwanted multiple entries.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnceEx
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServicesOnce

e. Quit Registry Editor, and then run Msconfig to perform the check.

B.K.
