No way.
US and NATO are not threatening Russia in any way, and Putin knows it.
Russia is a threat to all countries close to it's borders, and when Putin is openly threatening small NATO countries with invasion, small and symbolic US presence in this countries will help them a lot to stand against Russian aggression.
How a battalion of US troops in Poland or Estonia can be a threat for Russia?
If you think so, you think like Putin or Tucker.
