They have never said their lists were not 100% accurate. That's a first. What they have done is withheld the list for weeks while holding it over the head of Gregoire and the judge trying their case. I hope they keep this nonsense up. They are looking more and more foolish with each passing day. Karl Rove might be able to get away with these tactics in other states but I don't think it will work here.

So do you think the gopers will lose this one?

It looks that way to me. The judge already has said there will not be another election. However, the GOP keeps their campaign to overturn the election going. They manage to make the local news about once every three days.

And withholding the list was very clever....I should say........very Karl Rovish. Now most everyone will think they have a 100% accurate list. Sound familiar?
