Great deal. Mkt liked it too. QWST opened (darn overall mkt...) at 30 1/4, down from yesterday's close of 32 15/16.

It proceed to move right back up, and is down less than a point now, with the overall mkt down close to 200.

I'd say the news was well received, just poor timing.
